Beyond excellent.. great costumer service. I liked how they made sure my phone was really repaired. They made sure my phone was updated and fully working. The take away for my review is costumer service and not to leave without making sure my phone is fully working
Had my mom's Galaxy S22 Ultra fixed here after she had dropped it and the screen was flashing green. The screen was replaced for a good deal and everything was great after until we realized the volume down button wasn't working when we got home. We were told to check if everything was working well before leaving but we forgot about the buttons. We called the repair guy and he said to not stress and bring it back, which we did and it was fixed for free this time. Everything is working great now, Thank you!
Great experience! I called on Sunday since most places were closed, and the owner was very kind and helpful, even guiding me to the shop since it’s on the second floor. My phone screen turned white after I dropped it, and he clearly explained the issue and pricing, which were very reasonable. He was extremely professional and polite, and you can tell he has a lot of experience and truly knows what he’s doing. The place was clean, and my phone was fixed in under 15 minutes. Highly recommend!
Really appreciate the easy and fast repair of my iPhone 11 screen. Their website doesn't seem to work so I wasn't sure what to expect, but with so many good reviews I decided to go and ask the price. He gave me the best price I had found so far, and said it would be done in 15 minutes! Just enter Karmel Mall from Lake and Pillsbury, go up the stairs and turn right. There is no sign but you can see phone cases on the wall inside; you have arrived 😌
Absolutely wonderful establishment, $70 for a iPhone battery replacement. Took one hour, works perfectly. Couldn’t ask for a better cell phone repair store highly recommend.
