i have 10 laptops for our business. I brought all 10 in for very important updates that were needed for work. I recieved notification they were ready on the day they were scheduled to be picked up. communication is good and things were ready on time. but they forgot to work on 1 of the 10 laptops. so i brought it back and they took care of it but it was an inconvenience.

Jim is fantastic! He helped my parents out with their computer a couple of years ago, but most recently helped get my office printer/scanner properly networked. I had wasted about 8 hours of my time trying to get it figured out (had done it in the past, but couldn't figure it out this time due to a new modem). He had everything up and running in an hour, and came up with a much better long term solution than the way I was running it. Great work, and very reasonably priced.
