From the initial inspection meeting with Andrew Gallagher, to the completion of the job within a few weeks of initial consult, our experience was very positive. Andrew provided a thorough assessment of our crawl space and addressed the concerns that our modular home was not leveled to the degree it should have been when set up. His recommendations of what needed to be done were on target and the options provided to address the concerns were reasonable. We always felt the goal of Midsouth was to fix our problem areas in a manner to ensure the quality and stability of our 2 year old home can be maintained for years to come; therefore, we never felt that their goal was only to make a monetary profit. The job was completed in a timely manner and the work crew, under direction of foreman Kyle Hood, was the best we could have hoped for. They worked very hard for many hours each day and not only placed piers exactly as needed to level the house, but also encapsulated the crawl space. The job was completed in only 4 days! They cleaned up each day before leaving and Kyle was always willing to update us on the status and answer questions or address any concerns we had. I would highly recommend this business!
