Midas Dillingham

I Got over charged for them to fix nothing. I gave them an explanation that I got it inspected by another place and they told me that my AC has a leak from inside the interior and I went to Midas because it had a 4.7 stars so I said they might be good but I guess I was wrong. They said that they could fix it, my First appointment they told me they’ll call me when it’s done so I uber back home and I got a call from them 5 hours later and I uber back to pick up my car and they hand me my keys and I paid the AC was working while I was on the way back home but it stoped blowing cold air after 20 minutes so I know they probably just refilled it with AC refrigerant. so I called them and they said to bring it back. So I scheduled a day when I was able to come back. the time comes for the second appointment and I drop off my car it took them over night and they called the next day saying they need to replace something to get more cold air in so I said that’s fine, they charged me for the part that was replaced which was fine because I wanted my AC fully working, the time I picked up my car he said it should be all good so I paid. when I started my car the AC was working and 10 minutes into my drive it went back to normal which was blowing just air not cold air even though the AC was on High. I called them back again and they said to bring it back and I asked if I will I be charged again? He said no but I will get charged for labor which don’t not make sense because they didn’t even fix anything the first and second time!! Mind you every time I walked in for my appointment they don’t look busy at all. their just sitting down on there phones in the front desk!!

I had a great experience at the Midas on Willingham Blvd. Their oil change prices were the most affordable I could find anywhere, and the service was fast and professional. The guys there also pointed out that my engine air filter was dirty — something my previous military car shop never mentioned in years of taking my car there. I really appreciate that they actually looked out for me and caught it before it turned into a bigger problem. Definitely sticking with Midas from now on!

Amazing service! We needed our tire repaired asap due to some sort of screw that was in the middle of the road. They said to come in so they could see if it could be patched but they wouldn't be able to do it until the following week. They ended up doing it right when we show up! Took only 15 minutes. Highly recommend going here! Update! Went back again for another screw in my tire and they were so kind and helpful! Quick service!
