I recently used Diosvany for some plumbing issues, and he was absolutely great! Scheduling was super easy, and he was really friendly and helpful. He showed up on time, and so professional. He quickly figured out what was wrong with my leaky faucet and clogged drain, explained everything to me in a way I could understand, and didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. Diosvany went above and beyond—he took the time to carefully assess the issue, explained everything clearly, and resolved it with true professionalism. On top of that, he was personable, respectful, and made the whole experience stress-free. If the rest of the team is anything like him, 24/7 Plumbing has an absolutely incredible crew. I had a great experience with 24/7 Plumbing. I could not get water to my refrigerator. Ron tried to troubleshoot it with me a little before he came out as to not have to waste my money or his time for something simple. Once we realized it wasn’t a simple fix, I thought the price for him to come out and assess the issue was totally reasonable. He came right away and fixed the issue within hours. Great communication, great price and would definitely recommend.
