Imagine a plumber who helps you with a problem when you aren't even a customer! My hot water heater busted on a holiday. I called them to see if they carried a specific part on their truck-- none of them do, but I was provided with guidance on what to ask of.the manufacturer, concern about the problem that caused the piece to fail and they assessed the system from a bunch of photos.
