I had a very positive experience. All calls were answered in a timely manner and by a real person. The owner himself came out to do the estimate and was the only company that came out that actually bothered to take measurements. I received an itemized estimate quickly and they were able to start almost right away. They were easy to reach if I had any questions or concerns. Any concerns were addressed right away and to my satisfaction. I felt that everyone was willing to go out of their way to see that things got done right. I would definitely call them again. Love my new deck!
