We had our septic system done about 2 years ago. We had issues with the yard with the dirt settling after the installation. We called them up, showed them the issue, and they got on top of it right away. They pay attention to the result, even after a long time has passed. They are courteous and genuinely care. The staff that showed up were incredibly friendly and listened. They were very interested in making sure we were happy and satisfied with the final product. We are so impressed with these good people. I HIGHLY recommend this company. And their cake is delicious!

Thanks! Almco Plumbing did an outstanding job on our sewer replacement project in Clairemont, San Diego. They replaced all the sewer piping in the front yard and inside the bathroom with great attention to detail. The crew took photos during the process, so we could see exactly what was being done — very professional and transparent.✌️ The quality of work was excellent, the team was efficient and respectful, and everything turned out great. Professional and high-integrity! We hired Almco for pipe burst to replace our ancient cast-iron sewer line. The price was reasonable, the experience fantastic. More below. Their consultation was thorough. Vlad and Dean provided many resources to educate us, including YouTube videos Vlad made of various options. One vid even showed a pipe bursting job that had some hiccups; I liked that transparency. During the job, the unexpected happened. The burster got stuck twice. Once about halfway through due to fence footings, then a section of pipe at a 45 degree turn collapsed. Due to this, the Almco team ended up having to trench about 30 of the 80 ft. This doubled their work from 3 to 6 days. However, Dean took full ownership of this and Almco did not charge us a cent more. They also set up temporary sewer so that we could use plumbing while our line was broken. While the delays were inconvenient, we were very impressed by Almco's integrity and how they handled the whole thing. They're also great at communicating and tidiness. Dean stopped by several times during the work to check in and give us updates. He was always reachable by phone when we had questions. The 3 workers who did the work were very polite and communicative. They updated us at the start and end of each day, did their work neatly, and were always positive and never complained about the extra work. After digging up much of our garden, they restored it to almost mint condition when done (see during & after photos). Thank you, guys! It's hard these days to find tradespeople who are reliable and stand by their work. Almco went the extra mile for us. I'm glad we found them!
