Anthony and the whole crew at Optic Auto was great to deal with. Wasn't pushy but was also informative about issues they found. I respected the fact that they weren't price gouging or jacking me around. the price he gave me for front strut repair was the final price I paid when it was done. I'm extremely happy and confident with their work. I will be back for those repairs soon!
Got the recommendation to contact Anthony when we had a starter issue months ago, they communicated every step of the way and were very easy to work with. Contacted them again this week for a separate issue with the same vehicle and had the same experience. Great team, great communication, and a reasonable price to top it all off. Would definitely recommend them to everyone I know for their car problems.
I had some work that needed to be done on my vehicle and they did an amazing job. I was so shocked on how fast and professional they were. That only was the price is reasonable, but the work was done correctly and in a timely manner by far one of my best experiences to date I’m 45 years old and this so far is the best experience I’ve ever had with a mechanic thank you to both of you guys it did a great job. My family really appreciates you guys.
They helped me when I really needed someone, they came right away to check my car out and knew what it was. I appreciate them, my car is running beautiful again.
