McConnell GMC Service

I brought my truck into have a front bumper sensor replaced. The cost was about eight hundred dollars. I told them to forget about it. And I would do without the driver assist. The sensor costs about fifty dollars on amazon. You tell me how much they were going to overcharge me. Factoring in labor cost of $200, and I think that's generous. I was being overcharged by about five hundred plus dollars. I think that's complete bullshit.

Great experience from a bad situation! I was out of town for work and began to have issues with some emissions sensors, which ultimately put my truck in "limp mode". I arrived at McConnell GMC about 11:30 and spoke with Mr. Greg Bohlman. He told me he had about 9 customers ahead of me, but would see what he could do. Matt, the service tech, was able to diagnose my truck and found a bad fuel injector and wiring harness. Mr. Greg knew I needed to get back on the road and he went out of his way to make this issue a priority. They found the parts, made the repairs and had me on my way by 5:00! Overall, despite the situation, I couldn't have asked for any better service. Great job, guys! I highly recommend!
