Extremely unsatisfied! Made an appointment weeks ahead of time to install some suspension upgrades on my motorhome which included: shocks, springs, sway bars, alignment and lube/grease. Discussed the length of time to perform all work and it was estimated to be 8 hours. I called the day before to confirm the appointment and was told to bring it in, so I did with all necessary parts. After 2 days they contacted me to let me know it was ready. Well, they did not install the Sumo Springs nor did they perform a front end alignment. After talking with them again they told me they couldn't get to the springs but would do an alignment. When I was driving off the vehicle was pulling hard to the right, so I went back and Wayne got underneath and made an adjustment, and when I drove off a second time it still pulled to the right. At that time I decided to keep on going and take it somewhere else. They were able to get grease on my new seat covers and on the floor mats. Their facility is a mess and is in desperate need of cleaning and organizing. If you are looking for professional work on large vehicles I would look elsewhere!
