Paid for an expensive washing machine that never showed up. Spoke to the owner, Glenn, who agreed to a refund. Said he couldn’t give me one electronically because they had a new banking system and would mail me a check. I called when the check never arrived, and now it appears that Glenn has suddenly retired and closed the business. He owes me over $1,600. The office phone number has been transferred to a local and unrelated repair shop. From speaking with that gentleman, it sounds like I’m not the only person Glenn owes money to.

Bought a freezer there this past Saturday. Roger was the salesman. He did a great job. I called first and he gave me measurement of the freezers they had in stock. I wanted to fit it where my other was, it was going out. Two sounded as if they would work. An Amana and a Maytag. I went there that day and he help me, showing the ones we had talked about. I went with the Maytag. Roger told me he could have it delivered Tuesday morning. Justin showed up today, on time and with a smile. He took my old one, installed my new one and could not have done any better. 5 out of 5 for me, can't think of a thing they could have done any better.

I hate to give a bad review - and REALLY wanted things to go well with my experience here since I'd rather do business with a local company - but after more then 3 weeks of waiting for a washer that I purchased and was never delivered I had to go get my money back. Maybe it was just a long series of unfortunate events, but I'm not sure I'd ever go back here. Maybe you'll have a better experience. Went to Lowe's, got awesome service, and had a washer in my house that night.
