THE WORST customer service! Tried calling several times, always got answering machine. When I finally did get to speak to a person, she said a person would be out between 12:30 and 1:00 pm on Friday to measure for a large window replacement. He never showed up, no one ever called, and when I called at 2:00 pm to ask if anyone was coming, got the answering machine, left yet another message, and as of the following Monday no one has returned my call. Really shabby way to treat your customers!

I did not even attempt to proceed with this company after talking to them on the phone. I left a voicemail in the morning with no response from them. Later on in the day I had to call 10+ times back to back. When I finally got an answer the lady picked up with a snotty attitude and immediately put me on hold. I sat on hold for 5 or so minutes, the lady wasn't very helpful at all. She told me to call back at a better time. Recommend: ACE-HI GLASS. They are respectful, also have quick and accurate responses!!! Much much more professional.
