MB concrete INC

The job started out and was completed in a fairly timely manner. Several weeks after the job was finished there was a break in the concrete on an area that they previously had to fix. I have been in contact with Marcos (the owner) on multiple occasions, always with the promise that they would be by to fix the issue. It has been over four weeks, many txt messages and still has not been repaired. The work was under warranty per our signed contract. I've been told at least three times that "I'll be by later today or tomorrow to fix it" and still they are a no show with no call or txt to explain why. I am frustrated and disappointed with the lack of communication and the general feeling of being blown off. Due to these issues I would not recommend this company.

MB Concrete poured a concrete driveway at our home. It was a large project, involving almost 4500 sq ft of concrete. Their work was very high quality and thorough. From the initial grading to the final broom finish, Marcos and his crew worked hard. I was very satisfied by their communication with me during the project. The MB Concrete crews arrived when they said they would, and good progress was made each day. This job took two weeks to complete, and they worked every day except on Sunday. Many contractors will do just the minimum to get the job done, but not MB Concrete. They were very thorough and incorporated my requests to do things that were not part of their normal procedures. I would highly recommend them for any concrete work.
