Engine repair no complaints with oil cooler replacement (jeep 3.6) only the smell of antifreeze after driving, returned vehicle a week after repair and was told they could not find anything wrong . Ever time I stop people tell me I have a antifreeze leak so I tell them that Matthews automotive says just drive it that they couldn't find a problem. There's no leaks underneath just the smell of antifreeze. Thought it might be just coolant that was spilled but it's been 2 months and still smells

I went to start my '04 Jeep Cherokee, after leaving Academy Sports, Saturday. Turned the key, and absolutely nothing happened. I had it towed, back home. Tried to figure the problem out, myself. No luck with that. I thought it could be, any number of things, electrical. So I had it towed, again, to Matthews Automotive, on Thursday, at noon. They called me back, at 4:00 p.m., the same day, and told my ride, was ready. It was a broken key actuator switch. They went ahead, and got my ride, running again, even though, they were backed up, with other work. I never expected them to have it done, so quickly, and for such a low price. Especially, sin... P.S., I have taken my ride, to this shop, a few other times, in the past, for other problems, that I couldn't figure out, or fix, myself, and the service, has always been the same. THANK YOU, MATTHEWS AUTOMOTIVE!!

I have had my Ram 3500 in to a few mechanic shops in the area. The others either over charged and or they did a incomplete job resulting in more work being required. Matthew's has done me right a few times now. I highly recommend them.

I have to write this…I experienced some major oil problems on the interstate with my suv. I pulled off and found a garage - Matt’s Automotive. From the minute I pulled in, I was helped immediately by a worker (I’m so sorry I don’t know his name). He was so sincerely helpful and crawled under my vehicle IN THE DIRT! Gave me an idea what it might be from simple to possibly very problematic. Anyways, without any hesitation he started working on my problem immediately. Turns out it was a bigger issue….4-5 hr job. WITHOUT EVEN A BLINK says we will try to get you on the road as soon as possible. No hesitation. No scheduling conflict. Just absolute... MATT offered me a ride to a hotel and said he will also pick me up. They worked on my vehicle immediately and even stayed late ON THEIR OWN TIME…..again for a complete stranger. They tried to get me back on the road that night! Fast forward to early morning…Matt came and picked me up, drove me back, and worked again on the vehicle all before 9.30am. I sincerely apologize I don’t know the employee that was there, but wow what an absolute AWESOME guy. Had me back on the road all fixed before 10:30am…..such professionalism and hospitality to just a stranger. You don’t meet people like that these days. I am still to this day floored by meeting these amazing people…restores your faith in people. Just amazing people helping a complete stranger. They owed me NOTHING, but worked on my vehicle past closing, on their time, and first thing in the morning…..there aren’t enough words to describe how grateful I am….not just for them working on my vehicle as they did….but for meeting people that are just amazingly good human beings. The work was excellent. The price was excellent. Thank you Matt and team from the bottom of my heart….much much gratitude. And a shout out to the office woman that was an absolute delight and so helpful. I 100% highly recommend ANYBODY near this shop - go here for any and all automotive needs. The most professional team I am gratefully thankful for meeting and coming across. Thank you so much.
