My wife had scheduled service on her vehicle, called ahead and set a day. When she arrived for her appointment she confirmed with the check in and they took her car back. Bright it back after some time and said she was good to go. No charge. She asked about paying for the rest of the services and they said it was only written up for one of the three things. So she had to schedule another visit. They were accommodating on the next visit when my wife couldn’t make the first appointment due to the baby sitter not making it on time. My experience at Matlock was top notch. I showed up with my own tires and was in and out in around an hour. Everyone was very polite and professional. They took great care with my ZQ8 wheels on my lowered S10. The balancing is perfect, no vibrations whatsoever. I feel like I paid a good price, especially given the type of tire and the size. (Falken Ziex ze950, 245/50/16) The waiting room was quite nice, very open, and comfortable. I am very particular with the businesses I give my money to as many only seem to only care about selling you something or being as fast as possible, but my experience here makes me want to return in the future.

My first time at Matlocks. Jim was very thorough in writing down my concerns about my car. The waiting room was outstanding and very clean. The mechanic diagnosed my car's issue, gave me an estimate, and got it done same day. Jim was able to provide a loaner car so I could get chores done while they fix my car. Good work, affordable prices, professional environment, and close to home. I will definitely be back ! Ps I had a complete front end inspection and an alignment done.

My vehicle was diagnosed with a seized engine. Matlock was gracious enough to allow me to leave it in parking lot for 13 days while I looked into several options for it. This is why I come to them. They truly seem to care.
