Our first time getting service at JRJ and an absolute gem. We had one of our vehicles serviced at the dealership and wanted a second opinion. Hiram was amazing. He listened, offered ideas and did a full inspection to ensure we didn’t do any unnecessary fixes. We saved hundreds of dollars on fixes the dealership suggested, with a better solution (more complete, less opportunity for “more issues being found”) and a very transparent and honest recommendation and plan. JRJ has won our business. Plus, they found very obvious items the dealership missed (bulbs out; filter quality/status) and were very affordable in the overall work and labor. Highly recommended.
