I was in a bad spot after water damage and I was being charged ridiculous rates for a flooring job. Ted at MTI provided a calm demeanor and quoted a market rate with a discount as he understood the dilemma I had. He cared that I was going through a huge ordeal and made things very positive. His crews respected my home and they provided solid work in a very agreeable timeframe. There were no surprises such as thousands of dollars of additional cost. I am extremely satisfied in every interaction and through the whole process communication was excellent.

This tile installation company, MASTER TILE INSTALLERS, Ted (owner/manager) came to my rescue in Goodyear in the West Valley of Phoenix! After calling them for help with installing left-over floor tile from when our home was built 21 years ago in a carpeted spare bedroom, he arranged for having next day one of his installers come over to assess the job to provide me an estimate. The professional tiler told me of his tiling experiences with a range of environments, including with residential builders....great options were provided and his ideas for layout were excellent. The job is pending at this time, but I am confident that it will be beautiful and well done.
