Mike was very professional and knowledgeable. His communication is very clear and helpful. He gave his professional opinion instead of trying to make an extra buck off me. I truly appreciate the time & energy he spent to give us a reliable and trustworthy experience! Would 100% recommend!
Mike came out to repair our dryer the next day after contacting him. He was courteous and professional, he had the required parts on his truck and had the dryer up and working within an hour. Very reasonable pricing. 10/10 would recommend and we will be calling again with any future appliance repair needs.
Mike was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and reasonable. He was able to come the next day, to look at both a washer at our house and a dryer at our rental property. He was thorough and gave sound advice; the washer wasn't able to be fixed since the part needed (the computer) was too expensive to make it worth saving. The dryer was fixed right then & there, and he gave us a deal for both service calls. Highly recommend!
