Have used Mason Mechanical for years for HVAC projects. Late at night we needed a plumber and knowing the company is now Mason Pro Services, I verified they have emergency plumbing services. Called and they were at the house in about 3 hours as tech was already at a job in Mesa. Great service and the tech verified the situation was resolved. Tech very friendly and knowledgeable. Will not hesitate to use them again if necessary.

I’ve had a great experience with Mason Pro Services. My family and I have used them for years, and I really appreciate how professional and reliable they are. Mike Miller came out for a routine service visit and was friendly, thorough, and knowledgeable. He explained what he was checking and made helpful suggestions without being pushy or trying to upsell anything. I also love that the company sends a text with a photo and short bio of the technician before they arrive — it’s such a thoughtful touch and really helps you feel comfortable knowing who’s coming to your home. Overall, Mason Pro Services has been consistently trustworthy and easy to work with. Highly recommend!
