We build one spec home a year. We have had problems with customer service and were looking for a better window company. I wanted to upgrade to Marvin Windows at the same time. Our framer Jake who is also a home building family told me to contact Oscar at Mountain West as he had a good experience with Oscar. This was truly a good experience for us so far as well. Armando was our point man for delivery and payment etc... All went well even though we twice had to hold up delivery because we were not ready. The installation team consisting of Matt, Robert and Anthony were an absolute pleasure to have in our home for these past three days. They were not only courteous and professional but also friendly, which made having them in our home a pleasure. Their commitment to quality is evident and they made sure that all the work was completed to our satisfaction before they considered the job finished. We would recommend this team and this company for anyone wanting the best quality windows and doors anyone can want.

My wife and I made the decision to get new windows. There are a lot of Company's out there. Things to consider are Installation, Professionalism, Quality workmanship and pricing. Marvin Windows is your answer to all the concerns. Included several pictures on our eight Marvin Windows. They install to the original frame work. Since we had stucco they removed and replaced a week later. Our color was Gun Metal.
