One guy is pretty nice an helpful, but all I’m going to say do your own research before going in there , bc one kid will make you spend money . Very un helpful every time thanks , I hadda learn from my own that my batteries were completely fine they just wanted me to buy new ones.
Just happened across their web site. Ordered 2 RC Vehicles late at night. By 9am my order had shipped. By 8pm UPS had my packages. Delivered at 1:30 pm the next day to the other side of the state. Outstanding speed and service. My go to store now!
Purchased 3 remote control trucks and 1 airplane for Christmas presents. one of the trucks has an issue right out of the box. We took it back to Mark Twain Hobby within 4 days. They said that was a known issue with this model. We tried to just return it, and they said since it was “used” no returns. Pretty crappy on their part. But they did offer to sell me an “upgraded” part that should work better than the original. Since the original had a known defect. I guess now its back to Amazon. I tried local.
These guys are amazing! Purchased a Traxxas Maxx Ultimate for my son's Christmas and they hooked me up! On top of that had a question after purchase and they were willing to talk things over the phone with even text messaged pictures. The two awesome techs had me fixed up in minutes! Spent four digits before the decimal point with them in 2025 and already planning another purchase for in April. I wouldn't go anywhere else, they KNOW RC...they KNOW hobbies...they ARE SPECTACULAR!
