Great service. Very friendly. The repairman explained what was going on with our dishwasher very well, and he even pointed out some useful tips on others appliances and opinions on brands.

Our dishwasher was broken. Just literally wouldn't work at all. Called and they were able to get out to our home in west hartford really quickly. ABC Appliance Repair of West Hartford is going on our list of "go to companies" to call when we need appliance repair.

Our refrigerator was having serious issues with keeping everything cold. It was still keeping it cool but not the way you'd think a normal fridge would work. Placed a phone call to ABC Appliance Repair of West Hartford. We were able to get an appointment booked that day. They came out to our condo out in the Elmwood Section and had it fixed pretty quickly. Really glad we called and everything was done in a very professional way. Followed up with us about a day later to check in and see how everything was going. Great customer service. Very happy.
