⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ So far so good w/ Magic City Garage! Called for a free estimate & was super direct about what I needed + my sched. The lady on the phone was a great listener & made sure everything I said was followed exactly. Steve came out w/ his helper & big ol’ tablet 😂 Took their time, measured everything, pointed out what was wrong w/ the current setup (door too tall, bad fit), and explained why a side mount opener made sense since I’ve got super low clearance. Learned a lot! Jake hit me up after w/ the quote — not gonna lie, it’s pretty pricey, but their knowledge, professionalism, and how they stand behind their work sold me. No extra fee for using a credit card either 🙌 Alyssa was great too — she took my payment & actually followed through on what she said she’d do. Hoping install day goes just as smooth 🤞 Update!! Review on Install day!! Steve is freakin’ awesome — he knows his stuff inside & out and gets the job done right the first time. On top of that, he’s an Army veteran 🇺🇸, which makes it even better. You can see those Army values in the way he works: professional, detail-oriented, and always going above & beyond. He showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process stress-free. Install and service was top-notch, and the quality is unmatched. 10/10 recommend — I wouldn’t call anyone else!

Our garage door was making a strange noise and finally gave up on us. 😭 We called Magic City and they were out next day for us because our vehicle was trapped inside the garage. Steve was polite and informative. He showed us what the issues where and explained what needed to be repaired and replaced. He was back next day first thing in the am to do the job. Magic City Garage took such good care of us! The customer service was excellent. They did an amazing journey job. Thank you guys!
