The people up front and warehouse are always very helpful but recently my water pump that was bought threw them quit working while it was still under warranty well was supposed to be but the pump was five years old when it was bought so they wouldn't honor the warranty so when you buy something from there make sure your buying something that isn't 5 years old cause they won't even try to help you out they just tell you it out of there hands and for a overpriced water pump of $1400 that they just screwed you for puts a really damper in the pocket book but there very helpful in getting you to buy another overpriced $1400 pump from them thats probably 5 years old and don't have a warranty and thats just one of my shitty experiences with Madisons lumber and hardware and since they pretty much have the monopoly on it here you can't not buy from them for some stuff so they will continue to keep screwing ktn people cause they can

My kids and I went here yesterday. There carts are very convenient for a small store with also a compartment for your little one to sit in. I picked up a drain snake for my toilet. It was $15 it worked within 3mins, I had a kids toy stuck down in the toilet. My kids were getting gumballs and one of them recived the “yellow one” and they let all 3 of my kids pick out a little toy. So no one felt left out, it was very sweet! For how this store would seem very unkid friendly they really know how to make it enjoyable for the kiddos. ♥️
