The first experience the tech came back several days in a row to just make sure the system was working properly. Awesome customer service, but unfortunately when bill came in it was nearly double the estimate. I had during the estimate process told the owner that needed him to give me the high end of the estimate since I was budgeting for the project and I didn't want any surprises. I was therefore shocked when I got the bill, but I went in and talked to the owner and he honored the original estimate. Amazing customer service and completely opposite from schmlock. When I went to talk to them basically got told you will pay whatever we decide to charge and we don't give a crap about you. I will never work with Schmlock again, but have had a great experience every time with KMI ever since that first time. I do always ask for the same techs though, because I know they will get the job done right and try to keep the cost down. KMI is an amazing company with great employees, and honorable manangement.

When our oil heater started having problems, Melinda, Kristie and Micah got us in and up and running in less than 24 hours. We are enjoying a toasty, warm home this weekend because of their quick, professional response. Thank you so much!

Worst service, worst company in Ketchikan, go to Schmolck way cheaper and better service.
