Junk company selling junk tubs and refusing to honor any warranty. All tubs have defects that will lead to leaks. Company will give you a new tub and tell you good luck installing it. When that tub fails too, it’ll be on you to replace and repair again
I have installed many of their bathtubs, 100's maybe thousands but apparently they don't value my business,! They denied a warranty claim less than six months installed, it was the people's only bathtub and the floor had a major defect and cracked and started leaking. Because the owner smeared some caulk on it so he could use it to bath his kids they denied the claim, I will be switching to Oasis,
Picked up and delivered here more than one occasion. The shipping receiving department and the yard driver was very helpful each visit by getting me in and Out with no issues. GPS tried to make me turn on to a no truck route instead of going straight til you get to Atlantic.
Hazard to mental and physical health as well as too hot with no venting, just fans and thats a bad idea when you have huge amounts of dust in the air.
This shower base was installed in our new construction home. The floor was separated from the base and Aker said this base was not repairable and gave us a credit for a new base. Essentially, sorry this was junk, good luck replacing it with a new one, and taking down all the surround tile, shower door, etc. Be careful of buying one of these or having one installed in a new construction. if it's junk, it's totally your problem.
