These guys were great to work with. Their communication was excellent, the service was perfect, and everyone was as friendly and helpful as you could ever want out of a company. This was my first well and they answered all my questions, pointed me toward helpful resources, stayed in touch with me throughout, and did a great job.
I want to thank Bruce and his crew for the help I received from them a few weeks ago. My water went out Thursday morning and after doing some checking realized it was the well pump. It was afternoon when I called LTP for assistance. Bruce said a crew was close by and came over as soon as they finished another project they were on. The crew stopped by on the way back to Fargo and looked at the well even though it was pouring down rain.
Bruce put me at the top of the list as I had livestock that needed water as well. His crew came out the next day and replaced the pump and had water running shortly thereafter. Bruce was great at keeping me posted by phone on the progress of his crew and their work until it was completed. Thanks again Bruce and crew at LTP for the great service!

Very, very poor customer experience. I hired LTP to inspect and chlorinate my private well after recently purchasing my home. Since I had very little experience with wells, I wanted to be present when they came to inspect the well (which I specifically told Bruce when scheduling the appointment). The workers did not arrive to my house until approximately five hours after the scheduled time (and did not inform me of their anticipated arrival). When they finally arrived (at which point I had already departed for work), they drove their large truck across my lawn, which left deep ruts in my lawn, and severe damage to my grass. You would think that a company with LTP’s history would take precautions to avoid causing costly damage to their paying customers’ lawns. The two workers also removed our sediment filter without telling us, which meant we were running unfiltered water for 4+ days (until I discovered it). As far as the chlorination procedure, it seemed to me that the amount of chlorine used was excessive (again, I have very little experience with private wells). I ran my exterior hoses for several hours after the chlorination (as instructed), but that did not help to dissipate the chlorine. Our water smelled strongly of chlorine for more than a week (we are a family of 4). I wrote to LTP privately to make known my grievances, but did not receive a response for more than two weeks. When Bruce finally called me, he was unapologetic, and made no effort to make things right (including offering to repair the damage caused to my lawn). I can honestly say that this was one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had.
