With mechanics ive noticed there are three things: quality, speed, and price. We get to pick two. Frankly, JT's are quality and speed. That being said, their pricing is still competitive. Translation: value-for-money! If price is more important to you, maybe look somewhere else or diy. But don't expect to get the same professional treatment towards you, your car, and your time. Id be a regular If I were local. Five stars.
The front desk service was very friendly, upfront, and informative. I appreciated the updates on my car repair through their user friendly text system, which keeps you informed time-wise on the status of repairs and also allows you to see precise pictures and details of their work. Wonderful job all around. My car came back clean and the problem was fixed. Being new to town I was anxious about finding a reliable and honest auto repair shop when the time would eventually come to need one. Thank you JT Auto Repair for being someone I can rely on in the future.
Got my fuel filter,and tire rotation done today due to they didn't have time to get it done during the oil service. Patrick out done himself again thank you very much for getting my truck done in a timely manner. Great courtesy driver he was very polite and did a great job of getting me home and he picked me up after all the service work was done. Technician did a great job. Thanks guys I will definitely recommend you to other of my friends and family.
Suspected I had an electrical problem after my car was having trouble starting and threw a code for a sensor. These guys got me in next day and were able to diagnose and fix the issue in just a few hours. Turned out to just be a faulty relay, but I was very impressed with the speed, cost, and professionalism of everyone there! They even gave me a ride home and back while they had my car. Would definitly recommend them to anyone in need of a mechanic in the area!
Customer service was professional and amazing. Super nice and patient with my questions. Had them do a diagnostic, fuel pump/sensor replacement. Price seems fair. They were nice enough to drive me home after I dropped off vehicle. So far she’s driving without engine and fuel lights blinding me. So that’s a good sign. We will see what the long haul drive brings. Hopefully no more issues and just smooth rubber sailing from here on out.
