What a godsend Mike is! If you want a true friend for life and someone who's honest + knowledgeable then 100% this is your guy!! He saved my mom hundreds of dollars by guiding her through the process of how to fix the problem with her washing machine. And when it didn't go right the first time we were able to send him pictures and he told us what we have done wrong and helped guide us through that too!! I mean I honestly can't say enough good things. It's so refreshing to meet somebody that actually cares about other people in this day and age. Mike the Tech! He quickly tested my dryer parts, found the faulty part, and provided me with a replacement (along with helpful info so it doesn’t happen again!) all for a very reasonable price. 5 Stars!

My friend's washing machine agitator came apart. We went to Low country appliances after reading all the great reviews on Google. Mike is very friendly and he said he would come by after he gets off work that day and he said to take pictures and send to him. He said he would not charge her to come by & diagnose it. We explained what was going on and when he showed up right after he got off work he had the part with him. Took him 30 minutes to fix it. Very nice. Very pleasant. Would recommend to him to anybody.

Stopped by about a week ago and asked Mike a question about a dryer noise and repairing it. He offered his best advice with no charge. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to fix it but he’s someone I’d definitely come back to for repairs, advice or if you’re looking to purchase an appliance.
