Kevin quickly diagnosed our problem, and took quick corrective action. He was very helpful in dealing with my extended warranty company, contacting them several times until they responded. We'll certainly use him in the future.

We called Bluffton Appliance when our dryer stopped working. Our technician (Kevin) showed up when he was scheduled to. He was polite, knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed our problem. Within a couple days (had to order part) our dryer was up and running, the price was fair and (most importantly) the women in this house are happy again!!! Thank you Update: I had to use these guys again but for a different appliance. Excellent service. Quick callback. Great price!

He responded quickly to text and made an appointment for a repair. He showed up when he said he would and fixed the issue for a reasonable price. I would highly recommend.
