Love's Travel Stop

Lied about propane. Called ahead to make sure they could fill my RV propane and they said yes, I said I was under an hour away. I drove all the way only got them to tell me I must have called someone else or not specified it was an RV. That's a lie. I said RV propane. The young guy was kind of rude like he didn't care. It's extremely easy to fuel propane. We used to do it ourselves 30 years ago and now we are at the mercy of a bunch of lazy people. I can fuel cng and LNG myself but not propane.

Happy New Year, everyone. Store is fairly clean, bathrooms fairly clean coffee was atrocious you could barely taste it. So when I brought it to someone's attention, I thought she was gonna throw a temper tantrum. I then asked another employee about the self brew and it was broke down. not really excited about this stop. I won't come here again. There are too many other places with decent customer service. By the way, I'm going up the street to get my gas. Because I chose to not bye anything here after being treated the way I was treated. I don't even have words to describe how this girl made me feel, just for asking about some coffee. LOVES, you need to do some retrain on your customer service representatives.

NOT 24/7 PROPANE REFILL. I had called at 4pm and the lady who I spoke to confirmed 24/7. I drove 40 minutes each way, out of my way as I was traveling in my RV, at just before 2am. The staff confirmed there was no propane tech. I then spoke to a manager with no name tag, who said they only refill propane 6am to 2pm. THERE IS A HUGE SIGN, VISIBLE FROM THE ROAD, "PROPANE 24/7" . COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME AND FALSE ADVERTISING. I WILL BE CONTACTING LOVES CORPORATE AS SORRY DOES NOT CUT IT.

Big place. Very very busy. Always. But fast accurate and clean pumps. This entire place is well maintained
