When I called, we talked about what I needed done to our yard and gave me a quote. Told me when he would be able to show up and we agreed that would be good. I was nervous no one would show but he confirmed the day before and his team showed at the time he said. They talked to me to make sure they understood what I needed and they got the job done! They did better than I expected! There was minimal growth around a shed in my back yard that people usually skip but they cleaned it up! They also got leaves that have been piled in my front yard! Lone Star Lawns is a great company. Joe is so quick to respond and helpful with any questions you have. He was able to get me on the schedule without any issues. The crew did an amazing job and I will gladly call them out again for landscaping and lawn maintenance. 10/10
