I had a terrible experience! The first time I called they said they'd be out around 10 A.M. to work on my heater so I stayed hone from work to meet them. When they hadn't showed by 1 P.M. I decided to call and they said I was next in line. They finally showed up at 3 P.M. (I missed a full days work waiting). After arriving they founf I had a 3 amp fuse blown. They couldn't find anything else wrong so they said it must've been a power surge ( I was skeptical). It was running again so they left. The fuse blew again that night and I called them the next morning to tell them. They came out and decided that it was probably a short in the thermostat so the changed that. It was running again, however the same fuse blew a day later. They came back out and messed with it again and tried checking some other things and changed the fuse and got it running again but the fuse blew a few days later. So I called and they said it must be a short on the board to the condensor and he said he would come out and see which board it used and if he didn't have one he would order one and that he would message me that day when he was heading my way. I never received a message so I called the following day and left them a voice mail to ask what was going on. After they neglected to return my call I called someone else. Dense mechanical was at my house less than an hour after I called them and technician they sent out found the problem in less than 30 minutes. There were 2 wires inside the condensor that were sitting on something and the vibration of the unit running had rubbed through their insulation and shorted them out. Not only was it a quick fix but it was also cheap. I can't believe I spent over $300 to have faith mechanical do basically nothing other than waste my time and change a part that didn't need changed only to end up basically blowing me off. I'm very unhappy with their service!!
