Living Water Plumbing

Lost space heating and hot water on our Navien Combi-Boiler. Called Living Water after contacting a couple other places to no help. Tim was able to walk me through some troubleshooting over the phone (I live roughly 2.5 hours away), saving me a service visit. We were able to get the DHW working again. He had the parts to repair the space heating and through a struck of luck, was able to get them to a friend that was in Casper the next day. Excellent service, knowledgeable, and more than accommodating. 10/10 would recommend!

We own Total Renovations & Design and have had Tim and his crew do many projects, from new builds to remodel work. He is our go to plumbing subcontractor. They do a good job, at a fair price and their integrity is #1. We highly recommend them.

I just purchased a new home. Tim came out and checked all the plumbing and made recommendations on items that maybe an issue in the future. He also gave me info on how to winterize my home as I will be gone for a month or so during the winter. After all that I he did not accept any money for his time. Tim was definitely knowledgeable and professional. Living Water is now my go to plumber.

I called Tim with living water this morning, was asking about a shut-off valve for my house, because there's a cottage in the back that feeds from my main water to the cottage. With no one living there, there's no reason to have the water going to it so I needed to have a shut off valve installed, or at least I thought i did.. Tim just happened to be in the area and was nice enough to stop by, super nice guy by the way.
