This place is a nightmare. Do not go with this place. It’s a scam a ripoff I wished I woulda read the reviews before going with them. The guy that runs it is very rude unhelpful. And all he wants is money doesn’t schedule u at the right times. So he can get late fees out of you. Anything he can try and get out of you he will. I got ripped off by a lot of money from this place don’t do it!

My experience with LifeSafer Ignition Interlock in Gallup was extremely disappointing. The person at 609 Rylandon Rd is unprofessional and unhelpful. Appointments were poorly managed, and I often had to either wait past my scheduled time or reschedule. The device itself caused constant problems, including false positives and random lockouts, which disrupted my daily life. Despite reaching out for support, I was met with dismissive responses and no real solutions. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone—it felt like they were more interested in taking my money than providing a reliable service. Avoid this place if you can.
