If you want a company (specifically their sales guy Ryan Campbell) that will show up immediately to give you an estimate and collect their deposit, promise you a 6-8 week lead time for a design, promise weekly updates, then ignore you for 3 months until you call and fire them asking for a refund (that after 3 weeks I still haven't received after being told it would arrive in 2 weeks), this might be the company for you. Hoped to finish our landscaping project this summer/fall but due to empty promise dates and horrible customer service we will be left with a muddy backyard for the winter. As a business owner myself, I hate writing these reviews and reached out several times and even talked to management hoping some sort of resolution would be offered but here I am 3 weeks later still waiting for my deposit check that I was told would be here in 2 weeks. I know people that have had good experiences with them and was referred by my neighbor but my experience is less than 1 star. ****** UPDATE******* The manager (Scott) who authorized my refund "forgot" to submit the refund request. Seriously, can't make this up. Your reply is funny too, I never defined a time line, simply asked when I would get updates as your contract states I would get them weekly and I NEVER GOT ONE. Being told 6-8 weeks and then questioning it 12 weeks later after zero communication doesn't equal you not fitting my time line, it equals bad communication and customer service. If you guys ever took ownership and simply apologized for wasting 3 months of my time and issued my refund instead of "forgetting to request it to accounting" I never would have written this.
