Started out good but after paying $450 for two parts and labor they assured were the culprit to fix our refrigerator but it still isn’t working. Waited 24 hours to get to temperature but getting warmer not colder. Have called many times and left messages the past two days but cannot reach anyone to come back out and look at it. Had to throw out a bunch of spoiled food now and very unhappy.

I feel I got cheated out of $100 for surprise inspection fee! Wasn't told of Inspection fee until he got to my home. Didn't come in work truck and didn't have needed parts after I told him what repair was needed(I've got the parts in my truck he said.) after my inspection. Got estimate 28 percent more ($387 after quoted $308 that I agreed to.) than quoted over the phone. Expected him to be ready to fix it day of appointment. Wife wanted to just buy a new dryer for $900!! No way, not for broken drive belt!
Changed my mind. Went to local appliance parts store and bought new belt and idler pulley for $54 and installed it myself in 30 minutes, wo...I feel I got cheated out of $100 for surprise inspection fee! Five stars to Clay for his customer service! He did a great job! He was prompt, courteous, and completed the installation of the refrigerator fan as quickly as possible. Our refrigerator is no longer freezing up.
However we are very disappointed in the lack of communication and follow up by the business owner, Travis Woefull, in regard to continued problems with the ice maker even after installing an “upgraded” mechanism in the icemaker. The icemaker produced ice for a couple of weeks, then froze up again. Travis offered to come check it out himself, but failed to follow through on that offer. Instead, he sent Tom. Tom said that he had to aggressively force the door off of the icemaker because it was frozen up. Then he told us that the door seal was damaged and we would need to replace the icemaker drawer. Unfortunately, we paid a huge charge for unsatisfactory and incomplete service from Woefull Appliance Repair. We would not recommend this company.
