John Paul, the sales rep, was very knowledgeable and was willing to work with me on this project. The construction crew was very friendly and made sure I knew exactly what they were going to do. They did excellent work and cleaned the site before leaving. The concrete leveling crew was very friendly and did an excellent job. The only criticism I have was the 2-hour window arrival time for showing up and it was 2:45 minutes before arriving. This project was not at my residence and that is a long time to have to sit and wait without updates. I would recommend them to my friends and I would use them again.
