I got my car inspected and it was a great experience. It was a pleasant and delightful. Richard and his crew were very professional.
NEVER GO HERE!!! WORST SERVICE EVER!!! They had my car Monday afternoon. They told me they would get to my car on Tuesday to look at it. I called to see if they had looked at it and told me to call back three times saying they were looking at it. Finally on the third call the mechanic said he would take a look at it that night. He never looked at it that night and looked at it the next day. Told me my car was running the next day I went to go pick it up and it wouldn't crank. He then tells me it is the fuel pump assembly. I said to him if you put the fuel pump assembly in will it work? I asked him multiple time to make sure he said yes. He or... NEVER GO HERE!!! WORST SERVICE EVER!!! They had my car Monday afternoon. He ordered the part. The next day after calling multiple times, because they told me to continue to call back giving me the run around, he finally speaks to me and tells me that he doesn't know whats wrong with it. I asked him did he put the fuel pump assembly in and he said no he did't even try. So he bought a part that he said my car needed and assured me if he put it on my car will crank up and didn't even try to put it in. As a mechanic if you say it is something after you had two days to look at my car then thats what it should be. He didn't even try to put the new part that he said was broken on my car in my car. Not to mention the secretary has a big attitude and she was arguing with me. She then refused to allow us to make payments on the price for the work because of the argument her and I had. She is very petty. The whole place is unprofessional. He had my car for a whole week. Please just never ever ever go here. If I could give I worse rating than a one star I would. This worst mechanic/ business I've ever known.
307 Concord Street Greensboro NC is the new address. Avery is by far the best and most trust-able mechanic I have had. He has gone above and beyond to make sure my work is done in a timely manner and stands behind his work. He is definitely knowledgeable and professional.
I have been bringing my vehicle where ever Richard goes he is an Awesome Mechanic who does Not take advantage of people because they are not. He is very Honest, extremely proficient in his mechanical skills, very reasonable with his pricing and Exceptionally Professional. Personally I will Never go to another Mechanic and No Other Mechanic will Ever Touch my Truck.
