Lean on Me IT helped me fix a Microsoft Office software problem quickly and efficiently in the most professional manner. I cold called them with my issue that Microsoft and the software vendor had been trying to fix for weeks with no solution. Within two hours they fixed the problem, helped me gain access to the remote server hosting the software, and walked me through some other setup issues on my own computer to make sure all aspects of the setup were working properly. The took on this issue as a one-time project but treated me like a long-time continuing client. I would highly recommend them for any computer project/issue you might encounter.

The Lean on Me IT team has been fantastic to work with. We recently signed up with them to handle all of our technology needs as a small business as it's not our expertise nor do we have the time to deal with things as they come up. After 7-10 phone calls myself with Apple trying to get our tablets set up through Apple Business Manager to no avail the Lean on Me team, in particular Noah, got them done in no time flat. Additionally, they are full service handling our domain needs as well information security ensuring our devices and network are fully secure.
