Excellent man that knows his stuff. I had previously brought my gaming laptop to a different company and had to keep bringing it back in because there was always something. Finally, after spending quite some money at the old place, I decided to bring it here, Corey found the problems and fixed them right away. I haven’t had a problem since. Thank you so much!
I brought my 6 year old desktop in because it wouldn't boot. We thought it was the hard drive. It was not, it was something simple. It was ready in 2 business days. The staff knows what they are doing and they are honest and pleasant. I would highly recommend them, the price for the service was reasonable.
I had the pleasure of remotely dealing with Craig and Corey of LB Computers of Lake Charles. I say remotely, because I live in Houston, but my 93 year old father is in Lake Charles. Dad fell for some ransomware and his computer got screwed up pretty badly. Dad called me, as I'm a technician myself and I had his computer set so I can log into it and support his PC myself but his computer was so messed up, there was very little I could do from Houston. Craig had helped Dad before, so I told my father to call him again, but when he got there, to ask Craig to call me. At his age, Dad gets confused so i wanted to speak to him myself. Craig was very helpful in that he tried to see what he could do on the spot, but Dad's PC was so messed up, he couldn't do anything. He and I discussed it and he made Dad an EXCELLENT deal on a newer machine (more of a refurbished, but Dad didn't need a top-of-the-line machine at his age), more updated operating system and gave him a great deal on the set up process. He assisted me with a different way of setting up Team Viewer so I could support Dad even better from here on out. I am pleased to recommend LB Computers for your repair and other IT needs. This was the worst experience. After taking over three weeks even diagnose it, they were unable to perform the service I paid for. The customer service was horrible and the repair man was rarely "in the office". I called several times and never got a return phone call. Once I finally recieved my laptops, they still don't work properly.
I have been dealing with Craig and his team for probably about 2 years now. They always jump through hoops to get our problems resolved quickly. Friendly service.
