I worked with Maria who kindly came to our home for assessment of our travertine tiles and grout, both were in dire need of deep cleaning and being sealed. Maria and Manuel arrived on time and for 2 days made our floors and shower wall look like new. They exceeded my expectations in every way, in fact anything additional they uncovered, they simply moved forward and resolved. They were professional and courteous in their dealings with us. I highly recommend them for any and all of their services.

We recently had Lazona Tile Care spend two weeks at our home polishing our marble floors, doing major repair work on the master bedroom shower and countertops and even cleaning our carpets. They did a fantastic, professional job! Everything looks wonderful. Both Manuel and Maria were hands on. They took time to explain the process to us and they also advised us about steps we can take in the future to protect the marble. Their prices were very reasonable. I feel confident recommending Lazona Tile Care and we will definitely use it again when it is time for maintenance.

I was very happy with the service I received. The product they use worked great. I had tile grout sealed and tile cleaned after one year. They also cleaned the carpets. Everything looks brand new again. I previously had my carpets cleaned by another company and I really liked Lazona product better and my carpets looked really nice after they cleaned them. I highly recommend Maria and Manuel. She was very friendly and very easy to work with. She spent extra time fixing imperfections and chips in my tile. I will definitely use them again and I highly recommend them. They know their product. UPDATE 2024 Lazona has done my tile cleaning and grout sealing, carpet cleaning, and shower cleaning throughout the last 4 years. They are very professional and hard workers. Everything is beautiful when they are done. I recently had them clean my new tile floor from grout haze and seal my grout. Beautiful is all I can say. I couldn't remove the haze myself. They take the extra time to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. They are very dependable. I highly recommend them and know you will enjoy working with them.
