If you are having any mechanical issue at your home, do you yourself (and your house) a favor and call Brian. He's incredibly knowledgeable, honest and clearly cares about his customers. He did an incredible job diagnosing and serving my A/C unit during some early summer heat. He's my go-to for any future repairs.
This company was wonderful to work with. Super experience. When I realized my senior mother’s refrigerator wasn’t working properly, (of course this happened on the weekend when most companies are closed) I started asking friends and family if they had a repair company they preferred. Brian Larson and Larson Mechanical was referred to me. I called late Saturday afternoon and was surprised and pleased to speak with an actual person! He came over on Sunday!!! to evaluate the problem and help. I can’t express how much I appreciated this. It put my mother at ease and alleviated the stress that comes with this sort of thing. I highly recommend this company.
On Christmas Eve, we opened our refrigerator to discover it was warm inside and at 56 degrees. Frantic, I did some quick research and found that Larson Mechanical showed open hours on this holiday (and a Sunday). Brian answered quickly and was very helpful to diagnose and advise us on what we could do over the phone. We tried his advice and it worked! He saved us from a disastrous Christmas situation. He was kind, offered this advice freely and was just so prompt and helpful. We will definitely recommend him to others!
I run a nonprofit food pantry in Bend, and two weeks ago our walk-in cooler starting heating up. It has been given us issues for a few months now. I called another company in town who told me that we would need to put $8,400 into getting our cooler fixed. This company has been servicing the unit since we installed it. I just trusted them and figured that was what we were up against, which we could afford. Brian learned of our situation and showed up on Thursday this week, without us asking, to look at our cooler. He spent over two hours working on it at the end of the day, and got it to start working correctly. Not only that, he didn't charge us. I swear he is an angel, but he says "not even close," but for us he is a major answer to prayer. We will continue working with him. He has heart and integrity, and all of us at The Giving Plate highly recommend him. Thank you Brian!!
