Lamunyon Dry Out & Foundation Repair

Cody deserves some kind of award. He spent 45 minutes diagramming the different ways footings and foundations are constructed. He did a complete walkthrough of my house and assessed the crack in the wall in my master bedroom. Then, he got kind-a quiet and said, "Let's go outside." When he approached the SW corner of my house in the backyard, he pointed and said, "That's the problem." I've got zero guttering, spout extensions or drainage control in that SW-side of my house. The last bout of heavy rain several months ago completely washed out the soil and caused my foundation to settle about 1/4 inch (hence the crack in my bedroom wall). Then Cody said, "Before we consider a costly foundation repair approach, get your guttering and drainage issues fixed. Then, call to let us know if that didn't solve the problem." Honesty. Integrity. Cody and Lamunyon are common sense folks who have your back.

This team worked tirelessly to complete the project in a timely manner. They clearly take pride in the work they do. They kindly communicated with us throughout and answered all questions. Their conscientious use of coverings on floors, furniture, and even the walkway "walls" to the basement, was impressive and truly appreciated. They cleaned up as the work progressed and at the end left the area cleaner than they found it. The installation results: excellent! Operation instruction: excellent! Team attitude: excellent. Cody came out to the house to give my husband and I an estimate. He advised that it would take a few weeks for scheduling which was fine. During the consultation Cody was thorough with the process and the time it would take to fix the leak. On the day of service Matt and Jesse did a great job, explained what would take place and got to work immediately. Once the job was done Matt explained everything that he and Jesse did and explained it a second time when my husband was on the phone.
