Lake City Auto Care Hayden

My truck gave me a 5 mile/hr max in xx miles warning for DEF Service required. I live an hour away so bringing it in was a one way trip unless they got it fixed. They got my truck in as quick as possible and gave me a free loaner car. They got it diagnosed and parts on the way 1st day. By the end of the next day I had the truck back and running well. Everyone was kind and courteous and made sure I understood the problems and what they had to do to repair them, and how much it would cost. I appreciate their professionalism and would recommend this shop to my friends.

The crew and Lake City Auto Care are getting a 5 Star review from me because they took care of my 78' Suburban, which needed quite a bit of tlc. The whole experience was most pleasant. Not too many shops will work on older vehicles, but they did. And gladly. Joe, Tom, and Jim are top notch. Thank you for displaying integrity, and delivering the goods in a reasonably priced and timely mannner, on a vehicle most shops would turn away. I will definitley be giving them more of my business.

Had damage to my radiator (2009 Acura MDX) and didn’t want to do the job my self, … it’s time consuming. Called Lake City and they said they’ll could take the car right away. I brought it in and a day and a half later, it was ready. The guys at the front were super friendly (namely Joe) and (Cary) the mechanic did a great job. Quick friendly service and I’d highly recommend them. For anything I don’t have the time or skills to do, Lake City will be my shop.
