They canceled an online order for an SSD without any notification, probably after they realized it was priced normally and not gouged up like everything else at the moment, and tied my money up for a week, no communication from them whatsoever. Do not order online from them,they are not equipped for running an online business.
Really good crew of folk! Took my laptop to get fixed and while we did have to wait a minute on the part. They helped me out by lending me a loaner laptop to keep up with my online classes and even offered if need be to transfer files. Just as well they have been insightful on questions about getting a custom pc. Including offering build one depending on my budget. I definitely plan to return in the near future again!

I recently left the military and had a prebuilt gaming PC. And decided to upgrade because the fans were starting to go out. Walking into the store, I found it an immaculate and professional site. I was greeted, and they showed me the PCs they had available. They were extremely friendly and knowledgeable and wanted to help me get what I needed in a new PC. If you are in the market for a new PC and want a custom-built one, go here. The quality is fantastic. Nothing is loose or noisy; they pay attention to the small details. 10/10 will come here in the future.
