Disabled American Veterans Chapter7
Called Kyle‘s plumbing to come out to give us a quote to let us know what we needed because our hot water tank isn’t working and We believed it needed to be replaced and told them that we were a Veteran nonprofit Organization, they gave us a timeframe that they would be there. They showed up half an hour late and was very rude and dismissive to the older Veteran. The veteran tried to ask questions about what they thought was needed and they said they needed $125 for them to even look. He told them that we were not informed of that and that he needed to get a hold of the Commander and they were very rude and left.

We used Kyle’s plumbing through our home warranty. The guys came out on time and were very kind and knowledgeable. He thoroughly explained the issue and gave me my options to move forward. He was very patient and answered all my questions as well.
