I want to say that the guy who works here - his name is Hill - is great. I had a problem where my passenger-side front window would not come back up after I'd lowered it. I had no idea what the problem was, but I heard grinding when I tried to get it to come back up so I was worried that the glass had shattered down in the door. I called Krakken Glass and spoke to Hill over the phone - he told me what part I needed and to give him a call when I was on my way because he'd come meet me. I didn't end up getting over there until 5 minutes after they closed, and Hill still turned around and came right back when I called him. Hill had my window fully repaired and functional in under 45 minutes, and he showed me what the problem was, too. Awesome guy, super friendly, and he got the job done fast and for a very reasonable $150. Big thumbs up from me.

I called this company and asked clearly if they replace tractor windshields. They said yes. After I provided all the vehicle information, I was quoted $1,100 over the phone and told everything was fineI never went to the shop — this was all handled over the phone — and I’m glad I didn’t waste more time, Never seen Windshield cost $1100 for 2018 Internationallt625. Please shop around and get written quotes from other places before dealing with them.
