My wife took in her jaguar to be looked at and fixed. They said that the transmission was bad and needed to be replaced or shall I say rebuilt. Upon getting it back it started doing the same thing that it had done when we took it in the first place. They looked it over and again just to let us know that it was the cable that goes from the gearbox to the transmission had broke. Why didn't they check that out first I don't know but we are out $3400 just to have all the work done. I'd be leery of this company because they are rude and will RIP you off. This company is a joke. I want to share my Appreciation for the professional friendly service I received from Holcomb's Services. The Staff are "REAL" down-to-earth people who are concerned with their customers and are not just "out to make a buck". I took My Daughter's car for Service last year and they repaired the Ignition system. Out of the blue this year one of the coils failed. They looked at the issue performed a Warranty replacement quickly and did not charge a penny. In the past I have taken several of the family autos for service at Holcomb's and have never been disappointed! Thank You Holcomb's Services!

Do not patronize this business. They initially started out so nice and supportive but turned on us with the quickness. They never returned calls updating us on the progress of our vehicle. We were told that they were waiting on an engine

Wonderful business! Can’t say enough good things. At least 20 years ago, they replaced my transmission and did a wonderful job. I recently called today and spoke with the guy about doing the same thing again. Ends up it’s not the best choice for my vehicle, but the guy that runs the place Is a wonderful person and so lovely to talk to on the phone. He really made my awful experience that much better just with his customer service and tone of voice on our phone call. I highly recommend you check This place out for all of your vehicle needs.
